At Clare Kettlebells we try to provide you with the best functional training through the use of kettlebells, body weight exercises and functional movements. Form is nothing without function! The human body works as a unit, not a collection of parts, so that’s how we train it! We want you to move your body as it was meant to and create strength while doing so.
Kettlebells are meant for EVERYONE. With the right form and technique, kettlebells can be used for beginners or advanced athletes, people of all ages, genders, and athletic experience. The workouts can be designed for strictly weight-loss, cardio-boosting, and/or muscular development. We have specific programs designed for all different styles of athletes, with just some including hurlers, soccer players, martial artists, gymnasts, golfers, and so on.
We currently have classes designed for beginners and experienced athletes combined in one class. We design the classes so everyone is able to get the best possible training to their ability in the class regardless of initial ability or prior kettlebell knowledge. We are also eager to accommodate different small or large groups, team building, and personal training sessions.
